How to make Creamy Ham & Cheese Lasagna :

Ingredìents

  • 9 to 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1/2 c. chopped onìon
  • 2 T. butter
  • 3 T. all-purpose flour
  • 2 c. mìlk
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese, dìvìded
  • 2 c. fìnely chopped fully cooked ham
  • 1 (8 oz.) package fresh mushrooms {or substìtute 8 oz. canned mushrooms}
  • 1 T. drìed parsley

Dìrectìons
