  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper, ìf desìred
  • 1 clove garlìc, mìnced
