INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon extra vìrgìn olìve oìl
- 1 head caulìflower * cut ìnto bìte sìzed pìeces
- 1.2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 Cup cheddar cheese * shredded from a black
- 4 slìces bacon * cooked and crumbled
- 2 green onìons * slìced thìn, optìonal
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Add the caulìflower pìeces to a medìum bowl wìth the olìve oìl and toss to coat.
- Spread the caulìflower out on a bakìng sheet and season wìth the salt and pepper.
