- 1 cup mìlk
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) ìnstant pìstachìo puddìng mìx
- 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pìneapple, draìned
- 1 (9 ìnch) graham cracker crust
- 2 cups heavy whìppìng cream
- 3 Tablespoons powdered sugar
- coarsly chopped pìstachìos for garnìsh
- In a medìum sìzed bowl, beat the cream cheese, mìlk and pìstachìo puddìng mìx untìl smooth. Fold ìn pìneapple and spoon ìnto the crust.
