- 1 pound (16 ounces) boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite sized chunks.
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp raw cane sugar
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup white, untoasted sesame seeds
- liberal pinches of black pepper, ground ginger and ground cinnamon
